Each item is made to order just for you. Please allow 2-5 business days for production before your order ships. We partner with a trusted print provider known for high-quality apparel and reliable service.

Once fulfilled, estimated delivery times are 3-7 business days. 

Please note: these are estimated timeframes. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to unforeseen events. 

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on your location and the items ordered. 

We currently only ship to the United States.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. It may take 24-48 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package seems delayed or lost, please contact us at support@betterwordstore.com. We'll do our best to assist you, but please understand that shipping times are out of our control once your order leaves the facility. 

Changes or Cancellations

Orders begin processing shortly after they're placed. If you need to make a change, contact us within 1 hour or ordering-we will do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee cancellation.
